Having originated over 2,000 mortgage loans, spanning over 17 years and involved with hundreds of closing transactions as the CEO in a local title service company, I understand the home financing options available to my clients from conventional to the new home purchase renovation loans. My knowledge and understanding of real estate contracts, allows me to explain their options and terms in simple language, and gives me the ability to negotiate terms that protect their needs and interests. Making sense of the title services role, process and procedures, knowing what obstacles we may have to over come, eliminating the surprises at the closing table are all benefits my clients enjoy because of my years of experience.
